Your Best You- Maddie
"Your greatest strength comes from being your best you." -Kung Fu Panda
Whenever my niece, Maddie, goes over to Grandma's house she loves watching Kung Fu Panda! When I saw this cute little panda dress at Torly Kid last year, I just had to get it for her. She calls it her "Po" dress (Po is the panda in the movie!) Finally getting around to editing the pics from our little portrait session together and I think they turned out adorable, as all of Maddie's shoots do.
Spreading Light- Rob + Kim
"There are two ways of spreading light; to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it." -Edith Wharton
Meeting this fantastic couple was truly serendipitous. Rob and Kim moved to Jersey three years ago on the exact same week as myself and my husband. I met them on my first Sunday at church and almost instantly knew we'd all be good friends. Kim has become one of my closest friends and Rob and my husband, Josh, are like two peas in a pod. They really are some of the best people I know. My latest mini session with them was absolutely wonderful...
Shines From Within- Maria
"Nothing can dim the light that shines from within." - Maya Angelou
The light that shines out of Maria is undeniable. I've had the privilege of knowing her from a young age and she has always been so sweet, kind, and hard working. Now that she's a senior and weeks away from graduating, I couldn't be more proud and honored to have taken her Senior Portraits.
"What are you doing the rest of your life
North and South and
East and West of your life
I have only one request of your life
That you spend it all with me"
I met John and Ashley through my husband a little less than a year ago. We all became fast friends! They are both so cool individually but then put them together and they're the cutest couple. About a month ago John reached out and let us in on his secret plan: He was going to propose! And we were honored to be there to capture the moment.
Loves: my husband, golden age movie musicals, red lipstick, fall leaves, rainy mornings, dressing up, jazz music, yellow tulips, tap dancing, and taking your photos (yes YOU!)
