 A year ago today I had the great fortune of ringing in the New Year with Kate & Chris as they became husband and wife! To celebrate their anniversary, here's a look back at their special day. So honored they chose me to be their photographer and share in the day with them. I loved bearing witness of their true love and wish them many more happy anniversaries to come. As always, much thanks goes out to my forever groom, Josh, for second shooting for me!

 On December 8th, 2017 all of Houston woke up to the biggest surprise: SNOW! Now for those of you confused as to why Texans make such a big deal, you have to know- this only happens once a decade. It was so magical to wake up to our homes and neighbors covered in a thin layer of snow. Luckily for me, that morning I was scheduled to be at UHCL to photograph Bay Area Houston Ballet & Theatre's Nutcracker school performances. A ballet photoshoot in the snow was in order!
 I can't say enough about how much I loved photographing this wonderful family. Laura and I have known each other for a long time, having been little dancer/performers together. Through the years we've kept in touch via Facebook and I've had the pleasure of photographing Headshots for her. To my delight, her mother, the sweetest Ms. Evelyn, reached out to me about doing a big group family portrait session and one beautiful morning last week in Hermann Park, we made that happen!
 I simply adore my clients. I'm blessed to photograph each and every one of them. Recently I was contacted by Karilyn, owner of For Better or Best, who designs customized wedding stationary. She was in need of some photos for her business' updated website as well as photos with her husband and two puppies. The more Karilyn and I emailed about the vision for her session, the more excited I became to make her vision come to life.
