Shines From Within- Maria

"Nothing can dim the light that shines from within." - Maya Angelou

The light that shines out of Maria is undeniable. I've had the privilege of knowing her from a young age and she has always been so sweet, kind, and hard working. Now that she's a senior and weeks away from graduating, I couldn't be more proud and honored to have taken her Senior Portraits.

For Maria's session I loved that she included the two things that consumed her high school experience- ballet and band.  We started off in her tutu and ended with her instruments, oboe and sax. I loved the sense of drama that her formal dress had against the lush backdrop of Hermann Park.  Maria- you are a beautiful young woman who has incredible things in store in your life. Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey.
