Illuminating Spring

To wrap up my Texas trip, I'm so pleased to finally blog about Amanda's Senior Portrait Session! I've known Amanda quite a long time through church. I've watched her grow through the years and am so proud of the young lady she's become! During her session we bonded over everything from Chik Fil A, The Blacklist, and of course our mutual love for photography! 
Amanda selected one of my favorite locations to shoot at, Helen's Garden and League City Park. Water fountains, lush greenery, and railroads surrounded us as we captured Amanda's confident, lovable personality. Something that made this session especially interesting was the amount of caterpillars we saw all around the park; they were EVERYWHERE! I have never in my life seen so many caterpillars period, let alone in one place!! Afterwards I thought to myself how fitting it really was... These caterpillars were surrounding this beautiful butterfly who is getting ready to take flight! I'm so happy for Amanda and wish her every happiness as she continues onto her life post high school!
