First blog post! I had the great honor of taking the photos for the fiercely talented Emily Drennan's debut album. The shoot was this last summer, on a very breezy day. Emily had this gorgeous red dress for her first look, short in the front, long in the back, and when the wind picked it up it was stunning! We shot all over Midtown and Central Park. As you can see in the photo to my left, sometimes we'd be standing in the middle of the street, and Emily literally stopped traffic! Her second look was a short black dress that showed her rocker side. Emily found the coolest streets in Astoria that had the most beautiful graffiti art I've ever seen. We finished the shoot off on the west side overlooking the river at sunset! You can purchase her fabulous Two Disc CD by clicking here. If you're in NYC September 30th, you should come to her concert at the Metropolitan Room. You receive a free cd with the cover charge! I've been a fan of Emily's for years so it was an honor to work with her and see my photos on her album!
