 In my most recent trip back to Texas I photographed these adorable sisters, Charlotte and Lauren. I remembered Charlotte from years ago when she was a RAFA student. Their custom session included Headshots and Dance Portraits for Charlotte and some fun Sibling Portraits with Lauren! I LOVE photographing siblings, especially sisters. Their is such special bond between sisters... I should know, I have three older sisters! During their session I loved watching Charlotte protect and nurture little Lauren and share in her joy. And then while I photographed Charlotte dancing I would glance over to Lauren who watched her big sister with such pride. Charlotte has beautiful natural dancing talents and it was a treat to photograph her. She has such a bright future ahead of her! Charlotte and Lauren are such sweet and humble little girls and it was a pleasure getting to document their love and friendship. I photographed her headshots last year, but now that the braces were off, it was time to show off those pearly whites with some new shots! She has matured so much in the last year!! I first worked with MacKenzie when she was nine years old (I think!) during a production I was directing. It was only just a few months after my car accident. I'll never forget it- she waltzed into her audition, spunky and adorable, belting her brains out to Gimme Gimme from Thoroughly Modern Millie. I knew from that moment on that she was something special! I've always thought of the irony that this MacKenzie walked into my life right after I lost MY Makenzie. In many ways I see that same little sparkle her eyes… So it was especially fitting that they day I photographed this latest Headshot Session with her was on the 6th Anniversary of the accident. Currently booking Summer 2015.  My second trip to Texas this year has come and gone and I'm now back home on the East Coast. Had a wonderful time choreographing for United Player's production of Oliver. I was so glad to sneak in several client photo sessions while I was in town and HERE is the first of them! I met Haley last summer when I was choreographing UP's production of South Pacific. Haley is a theatre student in Ohio and while home in Houston for the summer she decided it was time to get serious about getting her first professional head shots and I was thrilled that she reached out to me! She's bubbly, friendly, and easy going making her an excellent model. Like all my clients, I hope Haley's headshots bring her much success in her theatrical ventures.
