"What Feels Like The End Is Often The BEGINNING."
Can't believe the little girl I once knew as blossomed and bloomed into this beautiful ballerina! Audrey is one of the sweetest girls I know and we had such a fun time photographing her Senior Portraits. Over the years I've had the pleasure of watching Audrey perform with Bay Area Houston Ballet & Theatre and I'm so impressed with her ability to breath her beautiful personality into any role. She is graceful, kind, and charming. I can't wait to see where life takes this wonderful young lady! Cheers to the future, Ms. Audrey!

Before you, all your dreams,
Around you, all who love you,
Within you, all you need."
I've watched Annalise grow from a tiny little dancer to a tall elegant young woman. I've always loved watching her dance but this year she has really proven herself to be a true star on stage. Watching her perform the Sugar Plum Pas de Deux in the Nutcracker this past December was inspiring! She has grown so much in her dance ability, always caring herself with elegance and grace and I can't wait to see where her talents and abilities take her in life. Good luck at SMU next year, sweet Annalise!
pas de deux
/ˌpä də ˈdo͝o/
noun: a dance for two
One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is watching kids grow in front of my camera! Jason has matured from sweet little boy to a kind and thoughtful young man over the years. I was thrilled that he brought his beautiful and lovely girlfriend, Indi, along for his most recent portrait session. During the school year, Jason and Indi study at the prestigious HARID Conservatory, a professional training school for gifted young dancers. Jason's portrait sessions are always so much fun but adding Indi into the mix this time made things even more exciting. She is a gorgeous dancer and her energy is infectious! The two of them together make a perfect pair. Enjoy their fun loving, effortlessly beautiful portraits!

Alicia, James, and Victoria are some of the sweetest kids I know and I had such a fun time capturing portraits of them. Their sibling love is so strong and I think its quite evident in these images. To make these Spring portraits just THAT MUCH cuter they brought along their two bunnies, Flopsy and Mopsy, to share the spotlight. (Four days prior to the shoot, Mopsy had babies and one of them even made it into some of our photos!) Love this sweet family and hold them in a special place in my heart- so glad we got to do this Easter/Spring session with them.
When Josh and I made the decision to move back to Texas last year, one of the immediate thoughts in my mind was, "We'll be able to go to the Rodeo!"
We hadn't been in 4 years and had an absolute blast. We ate WAY too much fried food (but it was so worth it), rocked out to Zac Brown Band in concert, and soared over the whole carnival in the Sky Ride (my fave part of the night). Josh and I lately have been so busy and on opposite schedule so its always special when we get to spend a night on the town, eating some good food, listening to great music, and enjoying each other's company.
Loves: my husband, golden age movie musicals, red lipstick, fall leaves, rainy mornings, dressing up, jazz music, yellow tulips, tap dancing, and taking your photos (yes YOU!)
